What is the Chief AI Officer Programme?

The NTU-NBS Chief AI Officer Programme is a 24-week executive programme designed to help senior leaders move AI from isolated pilots to enterprise-wide value creation.

Built for Chief AI Officers, C-suite sponsors and senior technology, data, digital and transformation leaders, the programme equips participants to embed AI into the enterprise operating model, linking AI portfolios to business priorities, investment decisions, operating models, people, and measurable value.

The programme develops three critical leadership mandates:

  • ARCHITECT: Shape AI portfolios, decision architectures and technology choices around enterprise value.

  • ORCHESTRATOR: Mobilise human–AI capabilities and cross-functional adoption at scale.

  • STEWARD: Establish governance, security and assurance for trusted, responsible AI.

Through executive playbooks, live decision sessions, practitioner insights and a capstone, participants apply these principles to enterprise challenges culminating in a board-ready enterprise AI agenda and mobilisation plan.
