The NTU-NBS Chief AI Officer Programme is a 24-week executive programme designed to help senior leaders move AI from isolated pilots to enterprise-wide value creation.
Built for Chief AI Officers, C-suite sponsors and senior technology, data, digital and transformation leaders, the programme equips participants to embed AI into the enterprise operating model, linking AI portfolios to business priorities, investment decisions, operating models, people, and measurable value.
The programme develops three critical leadership mandates:
ARCHITECT: Shape AI portfolios, decision architectures and technology choices around enterprise value.
ORCHESTRATOR: Mobilise human–AI capabilities and cross-functional adoption at scale.
STEWARD: Establish governance, security and assurance for trusted, responsible AI.
Through executive playbooks, live decision sessions, practitioner insights and a capstone, participants apply these principles to enterprise challenges culminating in a board-ready enterprise AI agenda and mobilisation plan.

The programme may extend over 24 weeks, including some occasional breaks that may be provided. The 24 weeks of duration is only indicative. The actual calendar time may be more by a few weeks depending on other variables such as breaks being provided/not provided.
The programme is a combination of self-paced online modules and live sessions led by faculty and industry experts. Participants get the opportunity to interact, discuss, and clarify doubts with a dedicated success coach (an industry expert) through weekly live-online office hours sessions.
Capstone and playbook activities are graded either by success coach who are available to support participants in their learning journey or by the Emeritus grading team. The final number of quizzes, assignments and discussions will be confirmed closer to the start of the programme.
